Where you are a consumer, you may have statutory rights, including the right to cancel certain contracts within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. These rights will be explained clearly at the time of contracting.
6. Fees & Payment

Fees are payable as agreed in our proposal or contract with you.

Unless otherwise agreed, invoices must be paid within 30 days of issue.

We may charge statutory interest on late payments under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

8. Limitation of Liability

Any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded under UK law.
Subject to the above, we will not be liable for:

Our total liability in respect of any claim relating to our services will not exceed the total fees paid by you for those services.

10. Consumer Rights (EU/UK)

If you are a consumer:

You may cancel a contract for services within 14 days of agreeing to it, unless you have asked us to start work before the cancellation period ends.

If you request services to begin immediately, you acknowledge that you may lose your right to cancel once the service is fully performed.

These rights do not apply to business-to-business agreements.

12. Termination
