The Process

Whether you are starting from scratch by using or tailoring Kompetently®‘s existing library of competencies, putting your own framework into practice, or want us to build one for you, the first stage is to design and build the assessments.

Kompetently®’s easy-to-use interface means that if you can operate a web browser, you can operate the tool. However, if you do need help, we’ll always be on hand to support you.

Deploy

Once your assessments are built, it’s time to send them out. Kompetently® has three different types of assessment, so there is sure to be one that fits your needs. Begin by quickly uploading your user data into the tool and pushing the assessments out to your team.

Managers can view their team’s progress through Kompetently®’s built-in dashboards so that no one gets left behind.
