Welcome to the Strategy to Revenue site. Our website is: www.strategytorevenue.com (site). These pages (together with the documents referred to in them) tell you the terms upon which you may make use of our website and the various services we may offer from time to time via our site (terms). Please read these terms of use carefully before you apply to become a member or guest of our online club and before you start to make any use our site.
If you are invited to become a member or guest of our online club you will be asked to confirm your acceptance of these terms together with the additional terms which apply to online club members and guests during the online club application and registration processes. If you are not a member or guest of our online club, by using this site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our site.

VARIATIONS
We may revise these terms at any time by updating these pages and you should check these pages regularly to review the current terms as by making continued use of our site the updated terms will be binding on you. Certain provisions in these terms may be superseded by the additional terms accepted by our members or by terms located on particular pages of our site.
TERM
These terms will continue to apply at all times while you are a member or guest of our online club / make use of our site or any of the services. Some of the provisions remain in force after termination of your membership.

ELIGIBILITY TO USE OUR SITE / REGISTER AS A MEMBER
You must be aged 18 or over to use this site and our services. Membership of our online club is by invitation only and is reserved to individuals aged 18 and over only and who meet the criteria set out in the membership terms. We reserve the right to reject applications for membership at our sole discretion.
By using our site and by registering as a member or guest of our online club you warrant to us that you are over 18 and that you have the right, authority and capacity to agree to and to abide by these terms and the membership terms.
ACCESSING OUR SITE
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the site or any of the services we provide at any time without notice.
We will endeavour to keep disruptions to a minimum, however, we will not be liable in any circumstances if for any reason our site or any or all of our services is unavailable at any time or for any period.
We restrict access to certain areas of our site, to current members or guests of our online club.
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms or our membership terms.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our site and our services. You are not permitted to allow any other persons to access our site through your internet connection and if any other person accesses our site and / or uses our services through your internet connection you will be responsible for any failure to comply with these terms, the membership terms and the acceptable use policy by those persons.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS IN THE SITE & MATERIALS PUBLISHED BY US & OTHERS
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site and our services, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
You may print off one copy, and may download one-time only extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal reference only.
You must not make any further copies or nor must you modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way without our express written permission, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of material on our site must always be acknowledged.

We therefore disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by any member of the online club or guest or other visitor to our site, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents.

OUR SITE CHANGES REGULARLY
We aim to update our site regularly, and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.
OUR LIABILITY
The material displayed on our site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we, other members of our group of companies, our employees, directors and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude:
• All conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity.
• Any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with our site or our services or in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of our site or our services, any websites linked to it and any materials posted on it, including, without limitation any liability for:
o loss of income or revenue;
o loss of business;
o loss of profits or contracts;
o loss of anticipated savings;
o loss of data;
o loss of goodwill;
o wasted management or office time; and
• for any other loss or damage of any kind, however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable.
This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any losses or costs (including reasonable legal fees) we incur arising from your use of our site and / or our interactive services, any breach by you of these term, the membership terms or the acceptable use policy or any breach of any representations or warranties made in those documents or that you have given during the application process.
The provisions of this section will remain in force after termination.
VIRUSES, HACKING AND OTHER OFFENCES
You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.
By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

LINKING TO OUR SITE
You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.
You must not establish a link from any website that is not owned by you.
Our site must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of our site other than the home page. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice. The website from which you are linking must comply in all respects with the content standards.

You should also be aware that our terms and policies do not govern your use of those sites or resources and you should review the applicable terms and policies, including privacy and data gathering practices, of any third party sites to which you navigate from our site or relating to any resources or applications you use or install from third party sites.

TERMINATION
We may restrict your access to the site or some or all of the services provided by us without prior notice to you in the following circumstances:
• where we consider (in our sole discretion) that you are abusing the site, the services or other members or guests of the online club or where you are otherwise acting in breach of these terms or any of the documents referred to in these terms;
• where there is a regulatory or statutory change limiting the ability to provide access to the site or the services; or
• where there is an event beyond our reasonable control preventing us from providing access to the site or the services.
Even after membership is terminated, certain provisions of these membership terms, the website use terms, the acceptable use terms and the privacy policy will all remain in effect.
GENERAL
Any failure or delay by us in enforcing compliance with these terms or the terms of any other document referred to in these terms shall not be a waiver of that or any other provision of these terms, membership terms or acceptable use policy.
If any provisions of these terms or any of the documents referred to in these terms is unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms or the terms of any documents referred to in these terms.
A person who is not a party to the agreement entered into between us relating to your membership of our online club has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of these membership terms, the website terms or the acceptable use policy but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party specified in those documents or which exists or is available apart from that Act.
The headings in these membership terms are for reference purposes only and do not limit the scope of extent of the membership terms.

INTERNATIONAL USE
If you access our site or services from locations outside of the UK you are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to your access and use of our site and the services.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms and all documents referring to in these terms constitute the entire agreement between us and you as to your use of the site, and your membership and use of our online club and the services we provide to members and guests.
JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
The English courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country. These terms and all documents referred to in these terms are governed by English law.

Any notices to be given by either you or us pursuant to or in connection with these membership terms or any other documents referred to in these membership terms shall be deemed sufficiently given by us to you when forwarded by e-mail or facsimile transmission in each case addressed to you at the e-mail address or facsimile number you have given to us in your application for membership, or such other email address as you may later provide to us, and when given by you to us at the following e-mail address: sophia.ahrel@strategytorevenue.com
