DEBORAH GALLAGHER SENIOR VP AMERICAS

Prior to joining Strategy to Revenue, Deborah was Senior VP, Global Sales for Inovis Inc., a global B2B e-commerce, software and integration services provider. Deborah managed the global sales and account management professionals worldwide. Prior to Inovis, Deborah served as VP Managing Partner, Americas with On Target Inc. a training and consulting company acquired by Siebel that helped organisations improve sales effectiveness by implementing sales methodologies, tools and advanced skills across their sales function. Client projects included the development of IBM’s global sales process and an Opportunity Management methodology for Dell, EMC, CGE&Y and Computer Sciences Corp. Prior to Siebel/On Target she served in senior positions at PeopleSoft, Harbinger EDI Services and MSA / Dun & Bradstreet Software. Deborah is now responsible for our Sales Operations in the AMERICAS.

SOPHIA AHREL COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

Sophia joined Strategy to Revenue in early 2011 following a career spanning 20 years working in numerous international marketing, sales, channel and business strategy functions. Her experience includes market leading software and media companies: 3Com, Micromuse, Informix and Weber Shandwick. Sophia was VP Marketing for award winning mobile entertainment brand iPlay, securing $50m in venture capital, where she also served on board of directors for three years. Sophia speaks six languages and currently serves on the board of several start ups and works with The Prince’s Trust as a Specialist Business Mentor. With a BSc in Economics from the University of Stockholm and a degree in International Marketing from Universite De Neuchatel, Sophia is now responsible for the global marketing and business development of Strategy to Revenue. Sophia spends her free time in her native Sweden sailing in the summer and skiing in the winter.

PETER SMITH OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Peter joined Strategy to Revenue at the beginning of 2011 and is responsible for both the media production and the day-to-day running of global client programs. Peter is a qualified graphic designer by trade with over 25 years’ experience in the design, printing and production industry. Prior to Strategy to Revenue, Peter was Managing Director of Page Visions, a leading digital printing and design studio. Peter has worked with some of the UK’s top brands in technology, media and retail including Siebel, O2, M&S and Sainsbury’s. Peter is married and has 3 children and he enjoys weekend outings with his family and their dog in their 39 year old Land Rover.

 

JANE MANNING FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Jane looks after the money at Strategy to Revenue. She joined A.S.K. Learning UK in 2007 supporting the Finance team, at the H.Q. in Australia. Jane started her career as a Human Resources Manager at Royal Mail where she managed nationwide pension plans and schemes, staff training and seminars. Jane has more than 20 years’ experience in accountancy and financial management. She has worked in fast paced business environments for start-ups and high growth ventures, charities and SMEs across EMEA and North America. Jane's sector expertise includes: recruitment & professional services, leisure &  hospitality, marketing & event management. A globetrotter, in her spare time, Jane enjoys travelling with her family to far flung destinations.

 

PHIL NUTT SENIOR CONSULTANT                     

phil nutt Phil has extensive experience of training worldwide including designing, developing and delivering classroom and web-based instructor-led courses, as well as designing e-learning and m-learning materials. With qualifications including an MSc in IT, a BSc in Engineering, MBCS, CEng and CITP, Phil spent nine years working with Cisco (CSE, CCSI), and has over 17 years’ experience with Hewlett Packard and Digital Equipment. Phil also spent seven years working as an engineer for the MoD and British Airways and has 13 years of channel sales and marketing experience. Phil works with other clients including IBM, British Telecom, DHL, Dell Computers and Thomson Reuters. Phil is an active member, and past president, of the Rotary Club of Rushmoor and he spends most of his holidays at his family’s farmhouse in the Vendee, on the Atlantic coast of France.
